Food Festival 2019: Northern Europe biggest food event

Food Festival in Aarhus, Denmark, is the biggest food event in Northern Europe. As a reference, over 30,000 people visit the festival every year, showing its increasing popularity.

Specifically, the 09.09.2019 took place the 2019 editon of the festival. It displayed the newest trends in the food industry and presented upcoming food entrepreneurs and new products.

ValueWaste project was presented by Agro Business Park on the “Health and Sustainability” stage. Moreover, in addition to the presentation of the project concept and of its partners, ValueWaste partner Unibio  presented samples of the Uniprotein®, the end-product resulting from Unibio’s U-Loop technology . Lastly, visitors also had the chance to try inseck snacks.
