On the 28th of May of 202o the Valuewaste project took part in the #eWorkshop on Upcycled Proteins organised by one of its project partners, Innovarum. The eWorkshop was an online event that gathered EU Projects and experts with a common topic of interest: upcycled proteins.

Entomo Agroindustrial and Unibio represented the Valuewaste project and talked about the possibilities of insect proteins as well as of the advantages of proteins coming from biogas.
