On the 9 of January of 2020 INDEREN successfully delivered and installed 2 digester tanks of 100m3 and 20m3! This is an important milestone of the Work Package 4 of the Valuewaste project.

Nutrients recovery from urban biowaste-Work Package 4

This Workshop is part of the Work Package 4 : Nutrients recovery from urban biowaste.

The aqueous rejection after digestate dewatering contains valuable nutrients for enhancing soil fertility. This WP comprises the design, construction and validation of a pilot plant for phosphorous and nitrogen recovery that will be used to formulate bio-based fertilisers.
